Mariana trench

for literacy in term 3, we have been learning about the Mariana trench we made a slide about when we first started learning about it then we did an information report then we did this self-assessment so enjoy introduction well you gonna learn about it. Do you want to learn about the Mariana Trench have you heard of the Mariana trench well read this.

Did you know that the Mariana Trench is so deep that when you put mount Everest in the Mariana trench there is still 2 kilometers left crazy right? The Mariana Trench has millions of animals the animals that live there have no bones. The black smokers are bubbling hot. Did you know only 3% of the ocean has been mapped so that means 97% still has to be mapped?

Sea Creatures
There are a lot of animals that live in the Mariana trench: Cucumber, Japenese spider crab, Fangtooth, Barreleye, Frilled shark, Goblin shark, Vampire squid, Angler fish, Dumbo octopus. Maybe the Megalodon shark.

3 facts
byssal zone. only 3% of the sea has been mapped so that means 97% of the ocean has not been mapped.  The lightest part of the Marina trench is called the sunlight zone underneath the sunlight zone is the twilight zone under that is the midnight zone and under that is the Abyssal zone.
3 facts

volcanic chimneys
There are small mountains at the bottom of the Mariana Trench that is called Volcanic Chimneys. These have this burning hot bubbling black gas and water. It heats up the water so the animals survive. There are mountains and valleys like on land.

Conclusion: do you know about the Mariana trench. hopefully, you do because it took me days to make this
